Healthy lifestyle



  First and foremost, students should stop dangerous habit. It will smear our reputation as a student. We will also lost our friends. The teachers also will dislike the students that have a dangerous habit. For example, smoking will give the students a lung cancer.

  In addition, dangerous habit will cost a money. The students will also get a fatal disease. A lot of people will also get trouble because of the damage that the problem students make. For example, the public people will get a lot of trouble went they have an emergency.

 
Health is most important in our life . everyone want avoid from dieses . they are many dieses now such as diabetes , HIV , high blood , heart attack and other . it very dangerous to our body.

People can get some information about health if there read ad newspaper and surfing the internet.many information can get from that.people can know how to avoid at release a deans there read information about health .at the same time, there also can share about health information to other family and friend

    Exercise regularly is one of how students could live a healthy life style. This is because it make our body feel energetic.For example , it could make our body’s sweat get out.

     Other than that,exercise regularly also good for our heart.This is because it can reduce fat in our body that good for our heart.For example,jogging because it also make our cholesterol decrease for heart’s healthy.

      We should follow the food pyramid.This is because its  contains more nutritious for our body.For example,carbohidrates,vitamins,protein,calcium and other nutritious.One of them is protein,its come from meat.Protein help our body to grow up well.

    After that,we must eat more fruits and vegetables to help food digestion.For example, we can eat salad to prevent stomach ache.We should avoid consume oily food.It is because oily food have more chlorestrol.It affects our body.For instant,heat attack,overweight and othe disease.

    In able to keep healthy, we should drink a lot water, especially plain water.Our body need a lot of water because our body is made from 75% water.In average, we should drink 8 glasses in a day to keep healthy.

   We also need to avoid from drink carbonate water.For example, coca – cola,pepsi and others.The conclusion is clean water is good for our health.

   
       To stay as fit as a fiddle,students should obtain regular medical check ups.Student  obtain regular medical check ups at least once a month.It is good to prevent from obtain dangerous disease.As saying goes,precaution is better than cure.

     Apart from that,doctor will tell you about your healthy condition.For instead,if you has a unidentified disease,doctor will inform you.So,you will know about your disease early.The early you know,you has better chance to prevent.
