To get healthy lifestyle we must do the exercise.As we know exercise is very good for your heart.Between exercise can we do is jogging in the park.Your must jogging at least three time for one weeks.
To get good health,we must follow these tips. Firstly,you need to stop smoking.It is because smoke can give you disease.Such as lung cancer.mouth cancer,legs cancer and other cancer.There are a few tips that you can use to get healthy life style.
Therefore,tips that you can use to get healthy life style is you need to stay away from a bad friends that will give you a problem.Besides,you must stay away from loitering and illegal racing.
Next, we as a human must take care of our healthy for a better life. So, we should follow the step of food pyramid by Ministry Of Health.
Extant of, we must eat more vegetable and fruits. Besides, we also must take less fat in food because can come many dangerous to our healthy.
We must have more knowledge about health because it is important for our life.For example ,we must refer from magazine,tv,internet and newspaper.
We can use the internet to know more about health.Internet also give us more information about health for example,we know how to cure for disease.
Everybody wants to have a good and healthy body.Some boys want to have 6 pack and some girls want to have a pretty shape body.Here are some tips to get a healthy body.
Firstly,we have to do exercise everyday in the morning,we can jog and in the evening, we can play badminton.Daily exercise is good for our heart.
Other than that,we can ask the doctor how to stay healthy,and how much quantity that we should take food.Furthermore,government should encourage the people to always do the medical check up 3-4 times in 2 months.With this,we can prevent our diseases early before it could harm us.
